Women’s Medical Center traces its roots back nearly 60 years, serving multiple generations of local families. Mothers, daughters, and granddaughters have turned to this practice not just for care, but for guidance—often returning to the same office where they were once patients themselves.

That continuity has shaped the practice’s philosophy: take time, listen closely, and treat women as whole people—not just a diagnosis.

This approach has allowed Women’s Medical Center to remain small by design, personal by choice, and deeply connected to the community it serves.

Dr. Elizabeth Moore joined Women’s Medical Center more than two decades ago and has been a defining force in its modern identity. With over 30 years in medicine, Dr. Moore has cared for tens of thousands of women—through adolescence, pregnancy, midlife, and beyond.

In recent years, Dr. Moore made a deliberate shift to focus exclusively on gynecology. This transition reflects both her experience and her belief that women deserve unhurried, specialized care—especially as healthcare grows more complex.

By stepping away from obstetrics, Dr. Moore created more space for what matters most to her patients: deeper conversations, thoughtful evaluation of symptoms, and time to explain what’s normal, what’s not, and why.

Her leadership has helped guide the practice into its next chapter—one rooted in clarity, education, and long-term wellness.

Dr. Ticaria Lipsey joined Women’s Medical Center as a partner with a strong vision for improving patient access, experience, and continuity of care. Over the past several years, she has played a key role in modernizing how the practice serves women—both inside and outside the exam room.

Dr. Lipsey has been instrumental in expanding same-day and rapid-access gynecology appointments, advancing in-office procedures that reduce discomfort and help patients avoid unnecessary surgery, and broadening telehealth options for established patients.
These services have been especially impactful for menopause care, birth control counseling, postpartum support, and follow-up visits.

She has also taken a special interest in menopause care and postpartum mental health, helping women navigate transitions that are often misunderstood or overlooked.

As a working mother herself, Dr. Lipsey brings a practical understanding of how busy women live—and she continually looks for ways to make high-quality care more accessible, flexible, and responsive.
