Meet Our Team

Elizabeth Moore, MD, FACOG
Gynecology
Dr. Elizabeth Moore has spent more than three decades caring for women across every stage of life, earning a reputation for clinical excellence, thoughtful decision-making, and deeply personalized care. She has been a cornerstone of Women’s Medical Center for many years and is known throughout the community for her calm presence, thorough explanations, and commitment to helping women truly understand their bodies.
After completing her medical training in the 1990s, Dr. Moore built a career that spans obstetrics, gynecology, surgery, and women’s primary care. Over time, she recognized that the growing complexity of modern medicine — combined with her desire to provide unhurried, high-quality care — made a focused gynecology practice the best way to serve women well. She transitioned to gynecology-only care ahead of the practice as a whole and helped guide Women’s Medical Center through that same evolution.
Dr. Moore believes that annual gynecologic visits are about far more than a single exam or test. She views them as an opportunity to help women make sense of what is normal, what may be changing, and when something deserves closer attention. Her approach is grounded in education, prevention, and perspective — helping patients distinguish between what can be safely watched and what should be addressed promptly.
She has particular expertise in:
- Annual well-woman exams and preventive care
- Abnormal bleeding and menstrual concerns
- Perimenopause and menopause care
- Gynecologic surgery and diagnostic evaluation
- Caring for aging women and long-term gynecologic health
Patients often describe Dr. Moore as reassuring, thorough, and deeply respectful. She is known for taking time to listen, asking thoughtful follow-up questions, and explaining the “why” behind every recommendation. Her decades of experience allow her to recognize subtle patterns that can make a meaningful difference in diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Moore is passionate about protecting women from unnecessary procedures, misleading health marketing, and one-size-fits-all solutions. She believes knowledge is power — and that understanding your own health is one of the most important tools a woman can have.
Outside of her work at Women’s Medical Center, Dr. Moore has been married for more than 35 years and is the proud mother of three grown children. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time at home with her dog and chickens. She also embraces a love of travel and “van life,” valuing time outdoors and the perspective that comes from slowing down and exploring new places.

Ticaria Lipsey, MD, FACOG
Gynecology
Dr. Ticaria Lipsey is a dedicated gynecologist, practice leader, and advocate for accessible, patient-centered women’s care. As a partner at Women’s Medical Center, she has played a key role in shaping the practice’s growth, improving access to care, and expanding services that better meet the realities of women’s busy lives.
Dr. Lipsey is known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to connect quickly with patients. She understands firsthand the challenges women face in balancing work, family, and health — and she actively works to make care more flexible, timely, and realistic. Her leadership has helped expand same-day appointments, telemedicine visits, and more efficient in-office procedures, allowing patients to get answers and treatment sooner.
She has particular expertise in:
- Menopause and midlife care
- Hormone evaluation and management
- Postpartum care, including mood changes and recovery support
- Telemedicine visits for established patients
- In-office diagnostic procedures designed for comfort and convenience
Dr. Lipsey performs and has helped modernize in-office hysteroscopy procedures, allowing many patients to receive answers and treatment without the need for hospital-based surgery. She is especially attentive to minimizing discomfort and helping women feel informed and at ease during procedures.
Postpartum care is another area where Dr. Lipsey is deeply committed. She works closely with women navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, physical recovery, and the emotional transition after childbirth — often using a combination of in-person and telemedicine visits to provide consistent, ongoing support.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Lipsey is highly engaged in the local community. She believes that being present — in schools, sports, and everyday life — helps her better understand the women and families she serves. Her personal guiding principle is to “be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud,” and patients often feel that compassion reflected in their care.
Dr. Lipsey is married and the mother of two middle school–aged children. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her children’s sports activities and traveling with her family, especially experiences that allow them to learn about different cultures and communities.
